In these one-on-one sessions (in-person in Ojai or online via Zoom), I guide you toward sensation and the language your body speaks. We build relational safety—with your body and with each other—so you can move beyond the mind and into felt experience. We work at the pace that's uniquely right for your nervous system.

A balanced nervous system allows you to be thoughtful, focused, and present. A dysregulated one keeps you reactive, scattered, and hypervigilant. This work—informed by Focalizing and Somatic Experiencing—helps restore balance, resilience, and presence so you can meet life with more ease and groundedness.

Preparation and integration are not optional—they are essential to transformative expanded-state work. Yet most people focus all their energy on the ceremony itself, neglecting the before and after.

Have you experienced a profound shift that felt life-changing in the moment, only to return home questioning what even happened? Without integration, these experiences slip away like a dream.

I have a decade of personal experience in these realms. I help you prepare your nervous system, clarify your intentions, and create conditions for deeper opening. Afterward, I help you identify key breakthroughs and create a framework for integrating them as they unfold.

Whether this is your first ceremony or your tenth, this support ensures you're ready to receive what's coming and resourced to integrate what arrives.

Ceremony

This work takes time and pacing—it's not a one-off solution. Your nervous system needs space to build safety and trust before moving toward what feels stuck or painful. I recommend a minimum of 5 sessions to begin, though most transformation unfolds over a season or a full year of working together. One-off sessions are available for maintenance after we've established a foundation.
