Before the mind has an idea or an opinion, the body has sensation, has information, has a knowing.

Trauma, the mind, and our protective strategies often override the body’s wisdom, which keeps us stuck.

This work supports a reconnection to the body’s innate intelligence.

We cannot change what we cannot feel

Embodied exploration sessions work profoundly to metabolize trauma and expand capacity — allowing what has been held to move, integrate, and settle. The goal is to restore balance, resilience, and presence to the nervous system.

Most of us live primarily in our minds, or in the limited narrative our minds reinforce. Our ability to be embodied or to maintain a wide awareness is limited. This makes us highly susceptible to old patterning that has been built into our system since we were children. I’m here to help you rewire the hardware.

Society enforces the idea that we need to constantly grow, look outside ourselves, and strive to be actualized. Let’s drop into the body where we can uncover the real gems of you.

I am a somatic practitioner and an intuitive healer. I work with people who want to metabolize what is in their way: pain, discomfort, feeling trapped, feeling limited, fear of death, lack of safety, and trauma. I work with seekers who are willing to move toward discomfort so they can move into more love and connection with their hearts and Truth.
